At Eda Nail Studio, we take pride in offering high-quality services and personalized attention. That’s why all our nail services include a 5-day warranty.
5-Day Service Warranty
The Warranty Covers:

Acrylic, gel, or gel polish nails that lift or peel without apparent cause

Polish that chips or loses shine abnormally
-
Broken nails due to application issues
To be eligible for the warranty:

The issue must be reported within 5 days of your appointment.

A photo of the issue must be sent via text message.

Repairs will be scheduled within the next 3 business days, based on availability.
The warranty does NOT cover:

Damage caused by biting, hitting, misuse, or harsh chemicals
-
Design or color changes made at home or at another salon
-
Signs of infection or nail health issues

Appointments are confirmed once the required a non-refundable deposit is made.

You can book your appointment via Online Booking by phone or directly at the salon.
Appointment Terms & Conditions
Late arrivals

We offer a 15 minutes grace period.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may:

Shorten your service time

Reschedule your appointment

Apply an additional fee if it affects our schedule
Cancellations & rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Changes made after this period may result in the loss of your deposit and lower priority for future bookings.
Walk-ins

Walk-in clients are welcome based on availability. Booked appointments take priority.
​No-shows (missed appointments without notice)

If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will lose your deposit.
